About the Role
Join our dedicated team as a Registered Nurse in our busy Medical Surgical Unit. Provide compassionate patient care, administer medications, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients’ conditions and record symptoms
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and report changes in patient status
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans
- Maintain accurate medical records
- Follow infection control protocols
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Active RN license in state of practice
- BLS and ACLS certification
- 2+ years of acute care experience
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
- Team-oriented mindset
