About the Role
Create memorable first impressions at SunSands Resort’s flagship property. Perform check-in/out operations, manage reservations, and assist guests throughout their Orlando vacation. Resolve concerns promptly while upholding luxury service standards.
Responsibilities
- Process guest check-ins/check-outs
- Manage reservation system and room assignments
- Handle cash and credit transactions
- Provide tourist information and concierge services
- Respond to guest requests and concerns
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance
- Upsell resort amenities and packages
Requirements
- Customer service experience required
- Flexibility for rotating shifts including weekends
- Detail-oriented with cash handling ability
- Hotel PMS software experience preferred
- Multilingual skills valued (Spanish/Portuguese)
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Professional appearance and communication
