About the Role
Luxe Hotels is seeking a friendly and professional Hotel Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional guest service. The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for handling check-ins and check-outs, answering guest inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures
- Provide information about hotel services and local attractions
- Handle reservations, payments, and billing inquiries
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to address guest needs
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Respond to guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation systems
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Customer service-oriented and detail-oriented
