About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our skilled nursing facility. You will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and record patient vital signs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Assist with patient hygiene and mobility
- Document patient care activities
- Collaborate with RNs and physicians
- Educate patients and families on care plans
Requirements
- Active LPN license in state of practice
- 1+ years of clinical experience
- CPR certification
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Excellent communication skills
