About the Role
Join our award-winning service team at Precision Plumbing. Respond to residential and commercial plumbing emergencies in the Nashville area. Diagnose issues, repair fixtures and complete complex installations for our established client base.
Responsibilities
- Respond to service calls within 30-minute response windows
- Perform plumbing diagnostics using CCTV inspection tools
- Repair and replace leaky faucets, toilets, water heaters and pipes
- Install new plumbing systems and fixtures in commercial remodels
- Read blueprints for large-scale plumbing projects
- Order parts and supplies from trusted vendors
- Provide customer quotes and documentation for completed services
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in commercial/residential plumbing
- Valid driver’s license with clean MVR
- Plumbing license required in TN
- Strong ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues
- Customer service mindset with clean background check
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varied environments
- Knowledge of water conservation practices and energy efficiency
