About the Role
Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service at our bustling hotel. Facilitate a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Answer guest inquiries and resolve any issues professionally
- Upsell hotel packages and additional services to guests
- Operate the Property Management System (PMS) and other relevant software
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven hospitality or customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and hotel-specific software
- Fluency in spoken and written English, with multilingual skills preferred
