Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper techniques to prevent injury.
- Participate in care planning and team meetings.
- Follow all healthcare regulations and facility policies.
Requirements
- Valid CNA certification in the state of California.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

- Physical ability to lift and move residents as needed.
