About the Role
Join our logistics team as a Warehouse Forklift Operator at Apex Distribution. You’ll handle loading/unloading, transporting materials, and maintaining inventory accuracy using Class 1 & 2 forklifts.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts to move, load, and unload cargo
- Inspect and maintain forklifts for safe operational functionality
- Stack stock and merchandise according to warehouse standards
- Accurately receive incoming deliveries and update inventory logs
- Communicate with stock pickers and drivers for timely fulfillment
- Support inventory audits and maintain workplace organization
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years forklift operator experience
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification
- Strong mechanical skills for equipment maintenance
- Ability to work shifts including evenings and weekends
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Excellent safety record with zero lost-time incidents
