Job Description
About the Role
Support distribution operations at Cascade Distributing’s regional hub. Process incoming/outgoing freight, manage inventory accuracy, and prepare customer orders. Maintain safety standards while handling power equipment and shipping/receiving workflows.
Responsibilities
- Unload trucks and verify shipments against purchase orders
- Scan and bin incoming merchandise using RF equipment
- Pick and pack customer orders efficiently and accurately
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Perform cycle counting and inventory audits
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization standards
- Assist in processing customer returns
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6+ months warehouse or physical work experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer and scanner operation skills
- Attention to detail in fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Forklift experience a plus but not required
