Job Description
About the Role
We’re seeking a Head of UX/UI Design to lead our design team and define the user experience and visual design of our products, ensuring they are intuitive, accessible, and delightful to use.
Responsibilities
- Develop and drive the design strategy and design system for our products
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of designers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and marketing
- Oversee user research, usability testing, and prototyping
- Define design processes and workflows, ensuring best practices are followed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience designing for web and mobile platforms
- Excellent knowledge of design tools, such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
- Proven experience managing and coaching designers
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
