About the Role
We’re hiring an experienced HVAC Technician to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential and commercial clients. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and excellent customer service. You’ll work independently while representing our company’s commitment to quality service.
Responsibilities
- Install new HVAC equipment and systems
- Perform routine maintenance on existing systems
- Diagnose and repair HVAC system malfunctions
- Test electrical circuits and components
- Advise customers on system operation and maintenance
- Complete service reports and documentation
- Maintain truck stock of parts and equipment
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- HVAC certification from accredited program
- Minimum 3 years HVAC service experience
- EPA Certification required
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Ability to lift 75 lbs and work in various conditions
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
