About the Role

Responsibilities
- Assist customers in finding the right products
- Operate cash registers and process transactions
- Restock merchandise and maintain store organization
- Promote new products and special offers
- Participate in floor presentations and demonstrations
- Handle returns and exchanges efficiently
- Stay current on product knowledge and trends
- Work collaboratively as part of the store team
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Strong customer service orientation
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to lift and move inventory (up to 50 lbs)
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Enthusiastic attitude and team player mentality
