About the Role
Join our dental team as a Dental Assistant! In this role, you’ll assist dentists and hygienists in providing exceptional patient care, ensuring a comfortable and efficient dental experience for all our patients.
Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for dental exams and procedures
- Assist dentists during dental treatments and procedures
- Maintain dental instruments, equipment, and supply inventories
- Sterilize dental instruments and equipment according to infection control guidelines
- Take and develop dental X-rays and diagnostic images
- Schedule appointments, answer phones, and greet patients
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a Dental Assisting program or current enrollment (preferred)
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to sit for extended periods and work in a sterile environment
