About the Role
Build and optimize cloud infrastructure supporting mission-critical applications with cutting-edge CI/CD pipelines. Ensure high availability, security, and scalability across our financial technology ecosystem. Drive automation initiatives reducing deployment times and operational overhead.
Responsibilities
- Design and manage Kubernetes clusters in multi-cloud environments
- Implement infrastructure-as-code using Terraform and Ansible
- Develop automated CI/CD pipelines for multiple product teams
- Monitor system performance and implement optimizations
- Establish and enforce security best practices
- Troubleshoot complex production issues across the stack
- Lead cloud cost optimization initiatives
- Mentor junior engineers in DevOps methodologies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field
- 7+ years DevOps/SRE experience
- Expertise in AWS/GCP and container orchestration
- Proficient in Python, Bash, and infrastructure-as-code tools
- Experience with observability tools (Datadog, Prometheus, ELK)
- Knowledge of network security and compliance standards
- Proven track record improving system reliability
- Financial services experience preferred
