About the Role
MotorCity Manufacturing Group seeks entry-level CNC Operators for aerospace component production. Training provided on HAAS mills. Must pass machining aptitude test. Opportunity to earn NIMS certifications.
Responsibilities
- Set up CNC milling machines
- Perform first-article inspections
- Monitor tool wear and coolant levels
- Adjust feeds/speeds per specifications
- Document production quantities
- Maintain 5S workplace standards
- Follow ISO 9001 protocols
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Basic G-code understanding
- Ability to read micrometers/calipers
- Mechanical aptitude test passage
- Steel-toe boots required
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to work 2nd shift
