About the Role
Provide essential patient care under the supervision of nursing staff at Willow Creek Care Center. This entry-level healthcare position offers hands-on experience helping residents with daily living activities while maintaining dignity and compassion.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Take and record vital signs
- Help with mobility and transfers
- Provide basic nutritional support
- Maintain clean and safe patient environments
- Document care provided
- Report changes in patient condition to nurses
Requirements
- Active CNA certification in state
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months experience preferred but not required
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Physical stamina for frequent standing/lifting
- Basic medical terminology knowledge
- CPR certification
