Responsibilities
- Perform dimensional inspections
- Document non-conformance reports
- Calibrate measurement tools
- Audit production processes
- Train machine operators
- Implement corrective actions
Requirements
- 3+ years QA experience
- Proficiency in CMM operation
- GD&T interpretation skills
- Blueprint reading expertise
- ASQ certification preferred
- Lean manufacturing knowledge
