Join the dynamic team at Harborside Inn as a night shift Hotel Front Desk Agent. You’ll represent our hospitality brand by providing exceptional guest service and ensuring smooth front desk operations during late hours.
Responsibilities
- Check-in/check-out guests swiftly
- Answer guest inquiries and resolve concerns
- Process reservations and payments accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping for room readiness
- Maintain security during overnight shifts
- Update records and guest preferences
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service experience
- Comfortable working independently
- Night shift availability 10 PM – 6 AM
- Multitasking and problem-solving abilities
