About the Role
Provide compassionate care to our patients as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Assist in daily activities and support nursing staff in delivering high-quality healthcare services.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with personal hygiene and daily living activities
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
- Help with meals and feeding patients as needed.
- Maintain clean and safe patient environment.
- Document patient activities and report to nursing staff.
- Protect patient rights and privacy.
- Help patients move safely and assist with mobility aids.
- Maintain infection control standards in patient care.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid CNA certification.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of medical terminology.
- Passion for patient care and service.
- Ability to adapt to diverse patient needs.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
