Job Description
About the Role
Provide direct patient care, administer medications, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure excellent patient outcomes in our medical center.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient conditions and develop care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments safely.
- Monitor patient vitals and report any changes.
- Document patient care in electronic health records.
- Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and families.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
- Active RN license in the state of employment.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
- Proficient in electronic health record systems.
- Physical ability to lift patients and medical equipment.
