About the Role

Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance, reusable, and reliable code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.
- Identify and address bottlenecks and bugs, and enhance performance.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Develop and manage technical documentation and guidelines.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
- Contribute to the development of best practices and standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer or similar role.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Proficient in database design and management.
- Knowledge of agile development processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
