About the Role

Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver age-appropriate lesson plans
- Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement
- Assess student progress through standardized testing
- Collaborate with parents during conferences and communication
- Create differentiated learning activities for diverse learners
- Maintain classroom organization and safety standards
Requirements
- Valid teaching certificate for grades 1-5
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
- Minimum 2 years classroom teaching experience
- Strong communication skills with children and parents
- Knowledge of Common Core curriculum standards
- Willingness to participate in weekend school events

- $43,000 – $51,000 annual salary depending on experience
