About the Role
Join our hospitality team as a Front Desk Agent. You’ll be the first point of contact for guests, handling check-ins, reservations, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a memorable stay.
Responsibilities
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs
- Handle reservations and room assignments
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance
- Upsell hotel services and amenities
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year customer service experience
- Basic computer proficiency
