About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to oversee operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. Manage inventory, coordinate shipments, and maintain accurate records to ensure seamless supply chain processes.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
- Coordinate with suppliers and customers to schedule deliveries and pickups.
- Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols.
- Monitor and report on inventory levels, restocking needs, and stock movements.
- Resolve logistics issues and implement solutions to minimize disruptions.
- Manage a team of warehouse staff, ensuring duties are performed efficiently.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations.
- Familiarity with warehouse management software.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and standards.
