About the Role
Liberty Park Elementary seeks a passionate 3rd grade teacher to join our team. You’ll create engaging lesson plans, foster student growth, and collaborate with colleagues to maintain our A-rated school status.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans
- Assess student progress regularly
- Maintain classroom discipline
- Communicate with parents regularly
- Participate in staff meetings
- Supervise recess and lunch periods
- Adapt teaching methods for diverse learners
Requirements
- Valid state teaching certification (K-6)
- Bachelor’s degree in Education
- 2+ years classroom experience preferred
- Strong classroom management skills
- Knowledge of Common Core standards
- Technology integration skills
- Commitment to inclusive education
