About the Role
Seeking passionate educators to shape young minds in our Title I school district. Develop lesson plans aligned with state standards, foster inclusive classrooms, and communicate regularly with families.
Responsibilities
- Create differentiated literacy/math lessons
- Implement IEP accommodations
- Conduct parent-teacher conferences
- Administer standardized assessments
- Supervise lunch/recess periods
- Attend professional development workshops
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Education
- Ohio teaching credential (K-5)
- 3+ years classroom experience preferred
- ESL certification preferred
- Trauma-informed training
- Background check clearance
