About the Role
Join our compassionate healthcare team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and make a real difference in our patients’ lives. You’ll provide essential care and support to our residents, assisting with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and eating
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ health status to the nursing staff
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
- Transport residents to appointments and activities
- Document care provided and observations in residents’ medical records
Requirements
- Valid CNA certification in the state of employment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
