About the Role
Maplewood Senior Living seeks a compassionate CNA to provide daily care for residents in a 120-bed facility. Assist with mobility, personal hygiene, meal service, and vital sign monitoring. Report directly to RNs and enhance residents’ quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Transfer residents using Hoyer lifts
- Document intake/output and vital signs
- Respond to call lights promptly
- Escort residents to activities
- Maintain infection control standards
Requirements
- Active CNA certification in Ohio
- High school diploma/GED
- 1+ years senior care experience
- CPR/BLS certification
- Physical stamina for 8-hour shifts
- Empathetic communication skills
