About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Elementary School Teacher to provide instruction and support to students in grades K-5. The ideal candidate will create a positive learning environment and foster student growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curricular standards
- Assess student performance and provide individualized instruction
- Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians
- Participate in school-wide initiatives and professional development
- Collaborate with special education teachers and support staff
- Manage classroom behavior and discipline
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
- Valid state teaching certification
- Previous teaching experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of educational technologies
- Background check and clearances
