About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential and commercial customers. This field-based role requires technical expertise and excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues
- Perform preventive maintenance checks
- Install new HVAC equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical components
- Maintain accurate service records
- Provide cost estimates to customers
- Follow all safety protocols
- Maintain company vehicle and tools
Requirements
- EPA 608 Certification
- 3+ years HVAC experience
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Knowledge of refrigeration cycle
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina for demanding work
