About the Role
Join our patient-first healthcare team. As a CNA, you’ll deliver compassionate care to residents in our senior living facility, ensuring their dignity and well-being while contributing to their quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing)
- Take vital signs and document patient records
- Ensure patient comfort and report concerns to licensed nurses
- Maintain a clean, hygienic environment
- Promote resident independence when possible
- Assist with mobility and physical therapy exercises
Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant certification
- CPR certification required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy and patience
- Ability to follow instructions while working independently
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
