About the Role
Join our team as a Retail Sales Associate at SportsMaxx. As a key team member, you’ll help provide exceptional customer service while promoting our products and maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product selections and inquiries
- Operate cash registers for sales transactions
- Maintain neat and orderly merchandise displays
- Replenish inventory on sales floor and stockrooms
- Monitor store losses and protect company assets
- Process return/exchange requests following company policies
- Collaborate with team for stock replenishments and visual merchandising
- Maintain a clean, safe store environment
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years retail experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Flexibility to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic proficiency in digital retail point of sale systems
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Experience with stock management is a plus
