About the Role
Lead digital transformation for $120B AUM wealth management firm. Oversee development of AI-driven investment platforms and blockchain settlement systems. Your technology strategy will modernize legacy systems while innovating client-facing fintech products serving UHNW individuals.
Responsibilities
- Direct fintech roadmap across 200-person engineering team
- Modernize core banking architecture to microservices
- Implement AI for personalized portfolio construction
- Drive blockchain adoption for asset tokenization
- Maintain regulatory compliance (SEC, FINRA)
- Manage $45M technology budget
- Evaluate M&A opportunities in fintech startups
Requirements
- 15+ years financial technology leadership
- Proven success in legacy modernization
- Expertise in wealth management workflows
- Knowledge of distributed ledger applications in finance
- Experience with GDPR/CCPA compliance
- Advanced degree in Finance or Tech Management
- Series 7/24 licenses preferred
