About the Role
As Corporate Real Estate Manager, you’ll lead our facilities team and manage our $50M portfolio. Oversee lease negotiations, property acquisitions and occupancy strategies.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end real estate transactions + lease agreements
- Negotiate space reductions and cost optimization opportunities
- Oversee property maintenance, renovations and capital improvement projects
- Develop occupancy models aligning with business growth plans
- Partner with HR on workspace planning + remote/hybrid strategy
- Conduct due diligence on commercial property investments
- Ensure compliance with OSHA + building code regulations
- Lead disaster recovery planning + business continuity initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business or related field
- 7+ years corporate real estate management experience
- LEED accreditation (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of CRE financial metrics + market analysis
- Proven track record of property portfolio management
- Experience with facilities/operations management
- Strong negotiation skills + contracts management experience
