About the Role
Lead security program development for a major investment bank, safeguarding critical digital assets against evolving cyber threats.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement cybersecurity policies and procedures
- Lead security audits and risk assessments
- Manage firewall, intrusion detection, and endpoint protection systems
- Respond to security breaches, investigating root cause and mitigation
- Stay up to date on emerging security threats and vulnerabilities
- Provide security training and awareness programs for employees
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on secure system design
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field
- 5+ years professional cybersecurity experience
- CEH or CISSP certification
- Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, firewalls)
- In-depth experience with security information and event management (SIEM)
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards (PCI, SOX)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
