About the Role
BrightCare Medical Center seeks compassionate CNAs to provide direct patient care under nurse supervision. This role assists with daily living activities and ensures patient comfort in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Respond to patient call lights promptly
- Document care activities in EHR system
- Maintain clean patient environment
- Assist with patient transfers and mobility
- Report changes in patient condition to nurses
Requirements
- Current CNA certification in Florida
- High school diploma or GED
- BLS certification
- 6+ months healthcare experience
- Physical stamina for 8-hour shifts
- Empathetic communication skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
