About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Elementary School Teacher to inspire and educate young students. The teacher will develop lesson plans, manage classroom activities, and promote a positive learning environment that supports the growth and development of each student.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Manage classroom behavior and support a positive learning environment
- Assess and evaluate student progress and provide feedback
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff
- Adhere to curriculum standards and educational guidelines
- Provide individual attention and support to students as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
- Teaching certification and relevant experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, creativity, and energy
- Ability to adapt lesson plans to meet diverse student needs
- Proficiency in educational technology
- Background check and clearances required
