About the Role
Join our manufacturing team as a Production Worker in our new facility in Ohio. Be part of a dynamic line operation producing high-quality plastic components. We’re looking for safety-conscious, meticulous individuals to help us hit daily quality and efficiency targets.
Responsibilities
- Operate injection molding and extrusion equipment
- Inspect finished products for visible defects
- Assist with maintenance and machine adjustments
- Perform troubleshooting of minor equipment issues
- Maintain clean, organized work area aligned with safety protocols
- Log production output and report issues
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read technical specifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to work in shifts and overtime as needed
