About the Role
Develop cutting-edge web applications to power user experiences for a leading e-commerce platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions from UI design through backend implementation. Focus on creating seamless and scalable experiences that delight millions of users worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement responsive front-end applications using modern frameworks like React or Vue.js
- Develop backend services using Node.js, Python/Django or Ruby on Rails
- Integrate frontend applications with scalable RESTful APIs
- Implement efficient data storage, querying and indexing using SQL/NoSQL databases
- Optimize application performance through caching, indexing and code optimization
- Collaborate closely with UX designers, QA, and data teams
- Mentor junior developers and establish best practices for frontend/backend development
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
Requirements
- 8+ years experience in software engineering with a focus on full-stack development
- Proficiency in both front-end development (React, JavaScript, HTML/CSS) and back-end frameworks (Node.js, Python)
- Strong experience with RESTful APIs and database integration
- Solid understanding of cloud-based environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Excellent debugging, problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills to work effectively in a collaborative team setting
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
