About the Role
The Grand Summit Hotel seeks a driven Front Desk Supervisor to lead our evening shifts. You’ll oversee check-in/check-out processes, manage reservations systems, and ensure exceptional guest service in our 250-room property.
Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of 4-5 evening front desk clerks
- Handle VIP check-ins and special accommodation requests
- Resolve guest issues and complaints professionally
- Manage property-wide paging systems and guest messages
- Prepare daily reports on room occupancy and issues
- Conduct night audits and financial reconciliations
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years front desk experience in high-volume hotels
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Fluency in Spanish/French/Arabic preferred
- Knowledge of Opera/Micros/Onyx property management systems
- Availability for 6pm-2am shifts plus some weekends
