About the Role
Join ShopWise as a Sales Associate and create memorable customer experiences through exceptional service. This hands-on role combines customer engagement with operational excellence in our vibrant store environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service at point-of-sale
- Maintain merchandising standards and stock displays
- Handle cash register transactions accurately
- Assist with inventory management and tracking
- Promote store promotions and loyalty programs
- Collaborate with team leaders on sales strategy
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- Ability to lift merchandise up to 25 lbs
- Knowledge of retail operations a plus
