About the Role
Join our team as a Hospitality Manager to oversee daily operations at our full-service hotel and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the work of hotel staff across various departments
- Manage hotel reservations, room inventory, and pricing strategies
- Oversee catering and banquet services for events and meetings
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure proper inventory and timely delivery of services
- Prepare and review departmental budgets, financial statements, and reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Hospitality Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, RMS, OnQ)
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
