The Pier House seeks experienced line cooks for our coastal restaurant. Execute high-volume breakfast/lunch service using fresh local ingredients while maintaining HD standards.
Responsibilities
- Prep mise en place
- Manage protein stations
- Follow recipe cards
- Maintain temp logs
- Rotate FIFO inventory
- Assist dish crew during rushes
- Practice safety protocols
Requirements
- 2+ years kitchen experience
- Food handler certification
- Knife skills assessment
- Ability to multitask
- Non-slip shoe compliance
- Weekend availability
- Tattoos must be coverable
