About the Role
Chef’s Kitchen is expanding our culinary team with a Junior Sous Chef position to assist our Executive Chef in creating culinary excellence. Candidates should have a passion for high-quality cuisine and fine dining service.
Responsibilities
- Assist in menu development and recipe testing
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards in prep areas
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure consistent menu execution
- Mentor kitchen line cooks and prep staff
Requirements
- Culinary diploma or 2-year degree
- Minimum 2 years restaurant kitchen experience
- Strong knife skills and culinary technique knowledge
- High culinary school accreditation preferred but not required
