About the Role
Join our caring team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). You’ll provide direct patient care in a supportive environment. Help patients with daily living tasks while ensuring comfort and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and eating
- Take patient vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Help maintain patient hygiene and provide emotional support
- Participate in patient care conferences to discuss needs and progress
- Perform medical tasks like wound care as directed by nurses
- Ensure patient rooms are clean, organized, and infection-controlled
Requirements
- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant license in State of California
- Completion of an accredited CNA program
- Minimum of 1 year clinical experience in hospital or long-term care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic nursing procedures
