About the Role
We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate construction projects.
- Manage project teams and subcontractors.
- Develop and monitor project budgets and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Monitor and report on project progress.
- Resolve construction issues and conflicts.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction project management.
- Knowledge of construction processes and regulations.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- BA/BS in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Project management certification (PMP) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
