About the Role
Design and implement distributed ledger and smart contract solutions to solve real-world challenges using blockchain technology. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop secure and efficient blockchain applications for enterprise use cases. Contribute to open-source blockchain projects and influence technological innovation.
Responsibilities
- Develop smart contracts, dApps and blockchain-based solutions using Solidity, Vyper, Rust or Go
- Design and implement distributed ledger architectures using Ethereum or Hyperledger
- Collaborate with backend teams to integrate blockchain solutions with existing systems
- Conduct security audits, optimization and testing of blockchain applications
- Contribute to the development of open-source blockchain protocols and libraries
- Monitor emerging blockchain trends and evaluate potential use cases
- Mentor junior developers on blockchain fundamentals and best practices
- Represent the team and participate in blockchain community events and conferences
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in blockchain development, ideally with enterprise solutions
- Proficiency in Solidity, Vyper and familiarity with other blockchain languages
- Strong understanding of cryptography, consensus algorithms and distributed systems
- Experience with Ethereum, Hyperledger and permissioned/permissionless blockchain architectures
- Solid experience with smart contract development, security and audit processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to define use cases and technical specifications
