Responsibilities
- Originate and execute $1B+ M&A transactions
- Develop relationships with C-suite executives
- Oversee financial modeling and pitchbook creation
- Coordinate legal/tax due diligence processes
- Manage team performance reviews and promotions
- Present at major industry conferences
Requirements
- 15+ years investment banking experience
- MBA from top-tier program
- Proven track record closing 10+ $500M deals
- Expertise in LBO modeling and DCF valuation
- Series 79 & 63 licenses
- Deep TMT sector relationships
