As VP of Engineering, you’ll lead our technology organization through rapid growth. You’ll oversee multiple teams, drive technical excellence, and align engineering with business goals while fostering an exceptional engineering culture.
Responsibilities
- Lead and scale engineering organization
- Define technical vision and strategy
- Establish engineering best practices
- Manage budgets and hiring plans
- Interface with executive team and board
- Drive innovation and technical debt reduction
Requirements
- 10+ years engineering experience
- 5+ years managing managers
- Experience scaling engineering teams
- Technical depth in modern architectures
- Proven leadership skills
- Startup/growth experience preferred
