About the Role
LifeBridge Healthcare needs compassionate LPNs to join our night shift nursing team. Deliver critical care to patients in a compassionate manner while working with a supportive healthcare community.
Responsibilities
- Administer patient medications as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to medical staff
- Perform nursing procedures under supervision
- Assist with patient transfer and mobility
- Maintain accurate patient health records
- Support patient discharge planning and education
Requirements
- Current LPN license in the state of [State]
- 2+ years professional nursing experience
- BLS certification required
- Strong communication with empathy for patients and families
- Ability to work independently and make clinical decisions
